All tours must be booked in advance through our website, email, or authorized partners.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
Payments are processed securely. We do not store credit card data on our servers.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.
If we cancel a tour due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
To ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants:
All guests must be in reasonably good physical condition.
Guests must follow instructions from guides at all times.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pregnant individuals or those with serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.

Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance and medical coverage.

Park entrance fees are not always included unless stated in the booking.
Guests must respect Coiba National Park rules, including environmental protection regulations.
Littering, touching wildlife, or damaging coral reefs is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts under Panamanian jurisdiction.
